This past summer I coordinated BHA's first-ever Summer Series.

For ten days in the unique setting of Branksome Hall Asia, participants in the BHA Summer Series developed themselves as artists, performers, and musicians. Participants were immersed in an arts environment where they learned and created alongside local and international art educators.

In this intensive environment, we all took risks with our art making performing to develop our creative expression in Visual Art, Digital Production, Dance and Drama, and Music. It was wonderful to see students learning to express themselves through dance, perform music in an orchestra, and use visual art to communicate stories about their life.

This program would not have been successful were it not for the commitment and creativity of our teachers, and the dedication and support of an amazing group of interns. Thank you to each of you.
